WE ARE NOW CLOSED FOR BUSINESS
Due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), we’re very sad to have to let you know we’ll be temporarily closing with immediate effect
We have to follow advice from the NHBF (National Hair & Beauty Federation) who are being guided by our government in regards to Social distancing
For 30 years, my mission has been to serve you – and rest assured, that will continue to all my clients including our brides however I cannot fulfill or make appointments for the next 12 weeks. Over the coming days we’ll be exploring ways to keep you all updated as guidelines are changing daily, I will be contacting those who’s wedding dates fall within this time frame & who have trials appointments booked.
Take care of yourselves and your loved ones , I look forward to welcoming you back into my diary when the time is right.

Like all of us, and as a sole trader its exceptionally difficult to decide what is the best way forward for Brideshair whilst Covid19 is prevalent in our area. After discussion with a legal representative my decision is as follows;
- Brideshair will fully honour a bride’s non-refundable deposit if they or an important member of their wedding party become sick with the coronavirus and the wedding has to be rescheduled
- Brideshair will fully honour a bride’s non-refundable deposit if your venue closes for a short period & your date has to be postponed & be rescheduled due to the coronavirus
- in the event Brideshair has another wedding booked on this second date we are prepared to refund 50% of your deposit – due to having to cover some of our costs & cannot be expected to be completely be out of pocket after the time invested to each of our brides
- In the event I the sole trader of Brideshair becomes sick 100% of your securing deposit will be refunded if we are unable to appoint an alternative stylist for you.
Whilst I appreciate the virus has not peaked – we ALL have to be more vigilant in our own hygiene & where I am continuously visiting ALL ages within my business, I am sterilising all equipment (as usual) and in addition washing hands more – on arrival, during your appointment & on leaving.
I am, where possible keeping it at a full minimum NOT to touch surfaces where I visit & only use ALL my own equipment which as stated earlier is sterilised on a regular basis
PLEASE DO NOT feel awkward in having to reschedule a trial – if you are unsure please let me know immediately if you or a person you live with feels unwell / has symptoms & let me take the decision – as in my personal circumstances I have 2 elderly parents I am caring for who at present one is in hospital !
